Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. If you're unhappy with a product for any reason, please feel free to contact us at returns@lovemarieskincare.com to initiate a return.

• Returns are eligible as long as they are within 14 days of purchase date.
• Any products that are nearly empty, tampered with or filled with other substances are not refundable.
• Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage - dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc. - are not refundable.
• Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Only products purchased from LoveMarieSkincare.com are eligible.
• Bundles, kits and sale items are final sale.
